Vacunest ‘Shape Memory' tooling improves paste deposition by evenly supporting squeegee pressure across the whole PCB.

Vacunest consists of a series of modules that are placed on the print table. These modules are made from a pliable antistatic membrane which is filled with polymer granules. Product setup is easy; simply place a ‘Golden' PCB onto the modules, press down, apply vacuum and the modules adopt the shape of the underside of the PCB immediately. The shape of the tooling will be maintained indefinitely until the vacuum is released.
