Product Set Up Verification is used to prevent the uncontrolled use of squeegees, paste and stencils.
This system ensures the proper materials are used for the product that will be run. (Commonly used to prevent lead free and lead rich solder pastes from being mixed up) Barcode verification allows the user (programmer) to specify the exact squeegee, paste and stencil to be used with the loaded job.
Before a job is put into production the software will require the operator to scan the barcode on the squeegee, paste and stencil, if the barcodes match the specified codes then production is allowed.
