Automatic Stencil Loading / Unloading

A standard feature of the SP700 Series platform is the ability to load a stencil automatically to an optimised location inside the machine.

This simple operation removes the need for manual calculation and adjustments of mechanical systems, along with potential mistakes, whilst improving product changeover efficiency. The optimised position takes account of that specific stencil and job, and the data is held against the program for future use.

Optimising the stencil position also reduces print throughput times, as the optimised position removes any wasted time moving the substrate to the stencil image for each PCB printed.
